The ContractHER Group is a woman-owned, Class B general contracting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, serving both Nebraska and Iowa. Founded by Nicole Winters, the company was built on the belief that luxury construction should be transparent, organized, and personal.

We specialize in high-end remodels, custom homes, commercial tenant improvements, and recovery projects that demand attention to detail and disciplined project management. Every home we touch reflects our clients' individuality and our commitment to craftsmanship, communication and integrity.
